That's great that they want to come here to the US and South America to see for themselves whether or not the depictions they see are true or not. I'm glad they've had such pleasant experiences thus far. I think, however, it is sad that people so openly believe what they see and hear on TV and in the newspapers, etc. More people need to think for themselves. That's why there is so much hatred and intolerance in the world...people fall prey to stereotypes and images they see, rather than formulating their own opinions based on experience.
